Diamonds and Gold and Festival Foods present Let Me Be Frank Productions’ all-new comedy musical, “Frank’s Family Feud,” September 17th-October 9th, at the Meyer Theatre.
You’ve seen the game show, but you’ve never seen it Frank-a-fied! “Family Feud” is on the road auditioning families to appear on the game show. One of their stops is at the banquet hall at Van Abel’s of Hollandtown. We have a disgruntled host and two dysfunctional families — the Vander Hermans and the Van Hibbards. It is discovered that the strong, single mother who heads up one family is facing off against her ex-husband’s new family. Awkward. Hopefully, hilarity ensues.
“Frank’s Family Feud” opens Friday, September 17th, with a benefit show to support Kelly Klaus. Kelly has been Let Me Be Frank Productions’ audio director for many years and recently went through a severe case of COVID-19, requiring hospitalization. Many will recognize Kelly’s name as the talented guitarist in such bands as The Blitz, Excalibur, and Separate Ways — he’s been performing locally and around the country for 30+ years. For the opening night performance of “Frank’s Family Feud,” $10 of every sold ticket supports Kelly with hospital and health costs.
